The Australian Surf Rowers League Queensland (ASRLQ) is an organisation dedicated to the interests of Queensland Surfrowers. The objectives of the League are to foster and promote the sport of surfboat rowing and represent the interests of surfboat rowers in Queensland.
A volunteer organisation, they needed an efficient approach to managing the registration and communications required to run their new Sweep development training courses, that would also be easy for their members to access from their Facebook group, currently their primary communication channel for members.
Consistency and simplicity of content and messaging, along with ease of registration was achieved using a simple landing page. The information was shared with members via a Facebook post to the ASRLQ Facebook Group. Content regarding the course, pre-work, reminders and post-course follow ups, including tips and support was developed and scheduled to be drip-fed to participants at timely intervals via email addresses collected on registration to increase engagement and long-term success of the trainees.
Maroochydore Rugby is the longest established rugby club on the Sunshine Coast having been formed in 1974. They compete in the Sunshine Coast Rugby Union competition in all grades from Under 6s through to Under 17s, Girls Sevens, Colts, Reserve, A Grades and Open Women’s.
To help promote the Girls Sevens competition and recruit additional players, the club wanted a flyer that the current players (Girls aged 14-17) and coaches could hand to prospective players to take home to their parents.
The double-sided recruitment flyer featured copy that provided the key information and focused on the benefits of playing rugby in a way that would be persuasive for parents of girls aged 14-17. The targeted approach to recruitment together with the flyers supported the club to recruit additional players for the season.

Images were provided via an easy interface that allowed F45 to download the full set of images and to share the link directly with their clients for immediate full-resolution downloads. Images were then incorporated into F45 Mooloolaba and Maroochydore Instagram and Facebook marketing activities.
